Cognitary is a platform for extracting domain expert mental models through AI-powered interviews, storing them as queryable knowledge systems, and making them accessible to authorized users.
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognitary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Knowledge models generated by the Service are for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data prior to account deletion.
